Return policy
Please be sure to contact us in advance by email within 7 days of receiving the product.
- We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to customer reasons such as incorrect size or different image.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used or have expired.
- All shipping and handling fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
- If you paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be sent by registered mail (fee: 600 yen).
- Shipping charges for replacement items will be charged to you upon delivery.
